"The way of the bow" began more than 1,000 years ago as a purely military discipline. Today, those martial influences remain, with the addition of sport, group performance, and self improvement to remain relevant in the modern era. 

The Iowa group has two practice locations:

• NW Recreation Center via Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation

• Privately owned, outdoor archery range in SE Cedar Rapids, Iowa

You do not need your own equipment to start, but there are facility and membership costs to consider.
